I recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for easy movement. Sweat pants and t-shirts work if they are not too baggy.

While we provide mats for communal use, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Using your own mat can add a personal touch to your practice.

A yoga mat is essential, as it provides cushion and prevents slipping. Don’t use a super thick mat (over 1 inch) they are often slippery.
Yoga blocks are helpful, especially for beginners and those working to increase flexibility. A strap is also helpful, you can use a belt or tie. Also have a blanket (or two) or a pillow for padding and comfort during our rest period.

Our classes are designed to accommodate practitioners of all levels, including beginners. I will guide you through the poses and offer modifications to suit your experience level. Beginners join my classes all the time!
-
I recommend arriving or logging in at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled class time. This allows you to check in, set up your mat, and mentally prepare for your practice.
-
I do ask students to register here for both classes to receive login details. Studio drop-ins are welcome, but we encourage booking in advance to ensure you have a guaranteed spot.
-
